Designed to extend our programme involving City companies with their local schools & communities
Lyndons are planning a 2 year project on the History of the City of London & the adjacent Boroughs, working with Primary School Children & introducing them to the City History over 2000 years, with onsite visits & emphasise on their local communities, their ethnicity & physical lives of their forebears thus encouraging them to help with this research & development of the project, linking it to the school’s history curriculum.
A pilot project has been run over the last year, involving four Banks, two schools in Tower Hamlet & one in Hackney. We are inviting those of you with policies of Corporate Social Responsibility to join this art project with your volunteers working alongside the children.
We would value your input & we are sure you would gain as much as the children from discovering the East Ends Hidden Heritage.
